What's Your Opinion On The Necron 'Dex

Before I go pick mine up what's everyone's opinion on the codex so far? From what I can it's fairly mixed but just interested.

Is it Mat Ward Cheese? Or is it well rounded? Or fairly poor?

I think the main question will be is this going to decrease the amount of MEQ players?

We need more Xenos love!
